1. What types of events do you cater to? We cater to a wide range of events including weddings, corporate events, private parties, birthdays, anniversaries, festivals, community events and more. Whatever the occasion, our mobile bar and bartending services are tailored to meet your needs.

2. Do you provide both mobile bar rentals and bartending services? All our packages include mobile bar AND bartending services.  We currently do not rent out the mobile bar alone.

3. Can I customize the cocktail menu for my event? Absolutely! We work closely with you to create a custom cocktail menu tailored to your event theme, preferences, and dietary restrictions. Whether you have specific cocktails in mind or need recommendations, our bartenders are here to help.

4. What types of beverages do you offer? We offer a wide selection of beverages including top-shelf liquors, wines, beers, specialty cocktails, mocktails, and non-alcoholic options. We source only the finest quality ingredients to ensure a memorable drinking experience for your guests.

5. How far in advance should I book your services? We recommend booking our services as early as possible to secure your date, especially during peak wedding and event seasons. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible.

6. What is included in your mobile bar rental package? Our mobile bar rental packages include 30 miles of travel, OLCC licensed bartenders, a fully equipped bar setup with barware, ice, and all necessary equipment. We also provide setup and breakdown services, ensuring a seamless experience for you and your guests.

7. Do you have insurance coverage? Yes, we are fully insured to provide bartending services at events. Our insurance coverage helps ensure the safety and security of both our staff and your guests.

8. Can you accommodate special requests or dietary restrictions? Absolutely! We strive to accommodate all special requests and dietary restrictions to the best of our ability. Please let us know in advance, and we will work with you to ensure that all your guests are taken care of.

9. What areas do you serve? We serve Portland Metro Area including: Oregon City, Beaverton, Troutdale,; Northern Wilamette Valley Wine Country, including Newburg, McMinnville, Dundee; and Columbia River Gorge, including Hood River, Parkdale, Stevenson.  30 miles of travel is included with any service.  in Additional travel fees will apply for events outside our standard service area.

10. How much does it cost to hire your mobile bar services? As every event is so different, we could not have one price list fits all; think of it like catering, but with drinks.  11. What access and space is needed at the event location?  Road/driveway must be well maintained.  We will need ample space to maneuver the truck and trailer into position.  Final parking spot will need to be 8.5’x9’x11, and within 100 feet of 120v power.

12. What is your rain policy?  Client/host will be responsible for providing a fully covered area for the mobile bar.  We will be happy to connect you with tent rental options in your area.
